Project planning identifies sources of aggregated materials, which will become raw materials for construction. Constructora Urbana, S. A. has an Industrial Division Department in charge of installing and operating plants and quarries nationwide.
Production of raw materials is carried out in compliance with established internal procedures and based on customer requirements. Production monitoring is carried out periodically through quality tests.
To meet our customers’ needs, the Company owns:
Concrete Plants: Three concrete plants with a production capacity of 90 m³ per hour and one with a production capacity of 18 m³ per hour.
Asphalt Plants: Four of them with a production of 220 tons and one with a production of 140 tons.
Quarries with a production between 75 m³ to 85 m³ per hour of coarse or fine aggregate and quarries with a production between 100 m³ and 120 m³ of base course.
